The role requires a bachelor's degree, engineering experience, proficiency with CAD and engineering software, strong communication skills, and approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Provides customer support, order and quote management, contract review, pricing analysis, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, sales engineering, and supply chain teams to meet delivery and performance targets. May source products, improve internal processes using BPM and AHA tools, and ensure compliance with QMS and AS9100 procedures. Requires at least one year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to travel internationally when needed.
