Build and operate a secure, production-grade enterprise AI platform using AWS Bedrock, Claude, RAG, agents, orchestration, governed data connectivity, monitoring, security, and cost controls. Partner with business teams to identify, prototype, deploy, and measure AI use cases. Establish reusable patterns, enable AI champions, manage model evaluations and releases, and ensure reliable, compliant, permission-aware access to enterprise data.

Supports global TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and financial-market network infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, triaging incidents, troubleshooting routing, protocols, circuits, hardware, and multicast market data, configuring Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, coordinating vendors and maintenance activities, managing tickets, and supporting customer escalations. Provides second-level network support, change management, operational readiness checks, and rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Supervise daily Network Operations Center activities, including monitoring, incident response, ticket management, escalations, customer communications, and staff development. Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert in IPX, Sigtran, BGP, VPN, and network interconnect technologies while developing automation and training programs.

The Senior Network Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions for global networks, focusing on SD-WAN and automation. They work with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and provide high-level technical support.

Build and mature DevOps automation processes and infrastructure. Own the GitLab foundation, including repository standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing, releases, and deployment coordination. Maintain automation and orchestration platforms, define cloud, virtualized, and physical infrastructure requirements, and establish safe AI-assisted automation policies. Partner with security, risk, systems, NOC, and business teams on requirements and deployment. The role requires Python, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, network automation, and release management expertise.

The Senior Enterprise Architect leads the design and implementation of network and cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry practices. Responsibilities include defining architecture frameworks, advising on cloud adoption, ensuring security compliance, and managing cross-functional teams.
