Serves as the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound inquiries, understanding event and rental needs, preparing quotes, processing orders and payments, and supporting customer retention. Maintains client, vendor, venue, billing, and inventory information; coordinates with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and inventory teams; and secures permits and insurance certificates. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coordinates with inventory, warehouse, logistics, accounting, and will-call teams to support deliveries, setups, pickups, permits, and regulatory requirements. Promotes additional products, resolves order issues, and supports customer retention and repeat business.
