Advises students and parents on financial aid applications, eligibility, regulations, awards, appeals, and disbursements. Processes aid using federal, state, institutional, and internal systems; determines eligibility; prepares award notifications; and ensures funds are properly credited. The role also supports orientations, entrance and exit counseling, issue resolution, regulatory training, and professional development.

Leads university-wide operations, academic and regulatory compliance, strategic planning, budgeting, process improvement, risk management, policy development, audit readiness, and complaint oversight. Coordinates HR, finance, IT, and academic functions while monitoring accreditation and federal and state requirements. Reports to the CEO, supports institutional effectiveness and student success, and builds organizational capacity through staff development, training, and performance management.
