The attorney independently manages cases, develops litigation strategy, analyzes medical records and causation, communicates with clients and legal professionals, and advocates in California state and federal courts.

Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include investigating liability and damages, reviewing medical records, developing case strategy, preparing legal documents and demand packages, negotiating with insurers and opposing counsel, evaluating settlements, and supporting clients throughout the legal process. The attorney will manage a significant caseload, collaborate with legal and medical professionals, make strategic decisions, and take ownership of case outcomes and client experience.
