Provide instructional and mentoring support for college-level math or writing courses in a commuter summer academy. Co-teach with faculty, run lessons and office hours, give writing feedback (for writing TAs), build student community, monitor engagement, report concerns, and support student safety and professional development throughout the program.

Support the Site Director in executing commuter summer academies: manage on-site administration, staff oversight, student supervision, attendance and safety, coordinate programming and field trips, liaise with faculty and families, and complete end-of-program reporting.

Supervise College Access and College Success managers, lead program operations and project management, develop advising tools and data systems, coordinate Summer Academy logistics and cross-departmental initiatives, and support scholar advising and onboarding with up to six weeks travel.

Lead strategy and operations for nationwide scholar recruitment for a six-year program. Design data-informed recruitment systems, set goals and dashboards, build partnerships with schools and community organizations, oversee admissions rubric and processes, hire and coach recruitment staff, manage budget, and coordinate cross-program collaboration and travel for recruitment and events.
