Leads creative vision across multiple accounts, developing culturally resonant, social-first campaigns from strategy through execution. Sets creative standards, guides multidisciplinary teams, presents ideas to senior clients, oversees art direction and production, and protects creative quality throughout delivery. The role also mentors creative talent, shapes briefs and brand direction, and drives integrated campaign platforms that generate business impact.

Lead end-to-end production for motion-led integrated campaigns: scope, schedule, shoot logistics, vendor and crew management, post-production workflows, client-facing production leadership, and budget/schedule protection to deliver high-quality creative work.

Lead large-scale experiential and integrated productions from concept to execution, build and grow senior client relationships, partner with internal teams to deliver on time and on budget, mentor producers, and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships across experiential, digital, content, and social.
