Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, attend recruiting events, communicate with candidates, support equitable hiring practices, manage ATS processes, and meet recruitment KPIs.

Leads the full product lifecycle for an AI-powered education product, including discovery, UX research, product strategy, prioritization, success metrics, prototyping, and delivery. Partners with engineering, design, school districts, customers, and executives to align teams and ship impactful solutions. Evaluates engagement and performance, coordinates cross-functional sprints, and iterates agentic processes to improve effectiveness and scalability.
