Coordinates nationwide travel logistics for field personnel, including routing, lodging, transportation, mileage, trip batching, rebooking, and deployment sequencing. Maintains FTR-compliant records, receipts, itineraries, mileage logs, budgets, CLIN tracking, invoice support, and audit documentation. Collaborates with dispatch, field operations, finance, and quality teams while protecting sensitive information and supporting short-notice schedule changes.

Supports a federal human services program by reviewing cases, researching and validating addresses, documenting findings, managing case queues, coordinating field assignments, tracking milestones, and facilitating handoffs among operations, field, quality, language access, and reporting teams. The role requires accurate confidential documentation, independent judgment, deadline management, and responsive coordination in a fast-paced environment. Limited travel, variable hours, required training, and federal screening may apply.

Leads personnel security for a federal human services program, coordinating screening, security applications, fingerprinting, suitability determinations, credentialing, continuous vetting, reporting, access removal, and audit-ready records. Serves as the primary liaison with the Government personnel security office and protects sensitive personnel and program information. Requires accurate documentation, deadline management, confidentiality, and coordination across multiple teams. Remote work is expected, with occasional travel and possible evening, weekend, holiday, or surge support.
