Support iPSC-based lung development research by maintaining and differentiating human iPSCs, establishing organoid and ALI cultures, performing molecular and imaging assays (flow cytometry, qPCR, confocal), assisting with CRISPR editing and sequencing sample prep, maintaining records, and contributing to data analysis and manuscript preparation.

Lead and manage integrated administrative and operational programs for an academic biomedical department. Serve as strategic partner to faculty leadership, oversee clinical and faculty affairs (credentialing, privileging, compensation, performance), ensure regulatory and compliance standards, develop policies, manage budgets and staffing, and implement projects to improve operational effectiveness across on- and off-site locations.

Manage day-to-day operations of an academic molecular genetics lab, support PIs on experimental design and implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise and train staff, maintain SOPs and data management systems, oversee equipment and supplies, support grant projects, and apply molecular genetics techniques including PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, cell culture and NGS workflows.

Support laboratory research under direct supervision by performing molecular and immunology experiments, compiling and analyzing data, operating/confocal microscopy and digital image analysis, and conducting in vitro and in vivo studies. Train on and use techniques including western blotting, DNA/RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, and immunohistochemistry; maintain experiment documentation and follow health and safety clearance requirements.

Serve as primary HR advisor to assigned departments, providing strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, workforce planning, HRIS data integrity, and organizational development. Conduct investigations, manage leaves and workers' comp, generate HR analytics, run recognition programs, and support training and retention initiatives. Regular travel to off-campus teams required.

Provide administrative and operational support for Research Hubs: manage records, calendars, travel/expenses, payroll allocations, faculty salary encumbrances, sponsor-tracking data entry, timecard review, stakeholder coordination, metrics reporting, and event coordination while ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Lead and perform iPSC reprogramming, maintenance, directed differentiation, and related assays. Design experiments, operate/maintain FACS, 10x Genomics, and Seahorse platforms, analyze data, keep lab records, train users, support core operations, and ensure safety and compliance in a multi-user stem cell research facility.
