Provides clerical and accounting support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and health center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering payable transactions, routing invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department operations and requires strong hospitality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Manages daily dining room operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, inventory, and customer service. Supervises serving staff, maintains operational standards, assists with meal service, answers menu questions, and ensures an appropriately staffed and stocked dining environment.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads to health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and supplies, follows therapeutic diet menus and diet orders, and provides courteous service to elderly residents. The role requires standing and walking throughout the day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and pushing or pulling carts up to 50 pounds.
