Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and healthcare billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering invoices, routing them for approval, and generating checks. The role supports the Director of Financial Services and requires attention to detail, computer skills, and basic accounting knowledge. Accounting experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, scheduling, training, staffing, and food presentation. Provides hands-on guest service by taking orders, answering menu questions, setting and clearing tables, maintaining workstations, and assisting with dishwashing. Ensures dining operations meet company standards for service, efficiency, organization, and budget compliance.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and meal trays according to residents’ diet orders. Serves meals, sets up and breaks down dining areas, and transports food and supplies to and from the health center. Requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, measurement skills, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and work around kitchen temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
