Reviews purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, purchasing card expense reports, and travel payment requests in Workday. Monitors transactions, resolves exceptions, supports reconciliations and year-end activities, and assists faculty and staff with procurement and expense processes. Analyzes spending, strengthens internal controls, supports Workday testing, develops process improvements, and completes accounting-related projects.

Leads day-to-day operations and strategic growth of Pomona College’s life-income gift planning program. Advises teams and high-net-worth donors on charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, tax and estate planning, and blended gifts. Oversees proposals, agreements, compliance, processing, stewardship, communications, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Investments, Legal, Advancement Services, and external advisors. Supports campaign goals, donor cultivation, solicitation, and staff development.

The Graduate Assistant will assist with career counseling, advising, event planning, workshops, and employer relations under the guidance of the Director of Career Education and Advising.
