Performs data entry and clerical accounting support, including resident and health center billing, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.

Manage daily dining room operations in a senior living community, overseeing service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, food presentation, and workstation organization. Lead and develop serving staff while ensuring operational readiness, sanitation, budget compliance, and efficient meal service. Assist with taking orders, answering menu questions, clearing dishes, and dishwashing as needed.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads for health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and non-food items, follows therapeutic diet menus and diet orders, and provides courteous service to elderly residents, guests, and staff.
