Technical Sales Engineer Interns gain hands-on experience in a Texas Instruments field sales office, learning customer engagement and collaboration with business units. They support challenging technical and commercial projects, including market analysis, customer case studies, project kickoffs, high-growth account selection, and final presentations to leadership. The role combines technical problem-solving, relationship building, sales, marketing, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.

Evaluates, selects, orders, installs, upgrades, and maintains semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Monitors equipment performance and reliability, develops solutions to improve uptime, supports repair and process engineering teams, tracks manufacturer updates and safety issues, and establishes preventive maintenance schedules. The role requires semiconductor manufacturing experience, equipment expertise, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with vacuum systems, SPC, monitoring software, and cleanroom protocols.

Participate in a rotational human resources development program supporting HR business partnering and specialist functions such as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and development. Analyze workforce needs, develop HR solutions, support talent and training initiatives, improve recruiting and communication strategies, and complete hands-on projects with business leaders. The program includes formal training, networking, and potential international assignments before placement on a permanent HR team.

Participate in pricing strategy, operations, analytics, and customer pricing execution. Interns help establish pricing guidelines, analyze market and competitive data, identify trends, recommend price adjustments, collaborate with regional and business teams, and develop or refine tools supporting pricing analysis and revenue growth.

Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program while supporting customers with semiconductor applications, technical solutions, product positioning, testing, debugging, and system-level problem solving. Applications Engineers develop end-equipment expertise, help define future products, provide technical support, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. The role includes hands-on lab work, technical training, and exposure to product marketing and digital marketing.

Design and verify digital integrated circuits, including processor architectures, memory-management units, multicore systems, and cache systems. Responsibilities include defining specifications, analyzing architecture trade-offs, participating in design reviews, supervising IC layouts, developing behavioral models, characterizing prototypes, and coordinating product testing and releases. The program also provides exposure to design verification and analog design through training and on-the-job projects.

The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.

Participate in TI's Career Accelerator Program to develop as a product, test or validation engineer. Design, build, qualify and support analog and embedded IC products; develop test software/hardware, debug devices, optimize tests, support yield and cost projects, resolve customer quality issues, and collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

Responsible for evaluating and ordering manufacturing equipment, overseeing installation and maintenance, providing technical support, and writing maintenance schedules.
