Provides autonomous, in-person clinical care for children using applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior and skills assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, analyzing progress data, updating behavior intervention protocols, ensuring medically necessary documentation, coaching caregivers, and maintaining ethical BACB standards. Administrative teams handle staffing, credentialing, authorizations, billing, claims, and client acquisition.

Owns product development end to end by researching user problems, defining solutions, designing interfaces and prototypes in Figma, building production-ready React experiences, and iterating based on user behavior. The role combines product management, UX and visual design, and frontend engineering while improving workflows, component quality, responsiveness, accessibility of interactions, and design consistency.
