Seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, HRIS with Workday expertise to provide leadership and champion partnership across the global People team. Responsible for configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the global HRIS system, as well as training the organization on People Technology Solutions and ensuring data integrity and security. Will also lead projects to drive significant insights and change across various HR areas.

Lead global compensation initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Develop and implement compensation policies, manage benefits and compliance, and stay informed on industry trends. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to recruit and retain top talent.
