Leads pharmaceutical sales for the Pasadena territory, focusing on eye care education, XDEMVY launch growth, account management, managed care pull-through, and sales execution. Builds relationships with ophthalmology and optometry customers, monitors performance metrics, develops business plans, ensures compliant promotion, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.
