Provide strategic advisory on entity structuring, succession planning, M&A, and wealth preservation; conduct final technical reviews; mentor tax professionals; support recruiting, staffing, and practice operations; develop client and referral relationships; identify business opportunities; and help drive tax practice growth toward a Principal or Partner role.

Manages complex tax compliance, planning, and review engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, trusts, and small businesses. Oversees client relationships, tax projects, workflow, scheduling, staff training, onboarding, and process improvements. Advises clients on tax issues, IRS risk mitigation, and tax reduction strategies while providing technical leadership, department support, and team development.
