Lead modeling, simulation, and flight-control technical efforts; serve as PI on programs; manage multiple contracts, budgets, deliverables, and junior engineers; develop test protocols, analyze data, support business development, and oversee technical projects within schedule and budget.

Lead and perform specialized R&D including modeling and simulation, controls design, data analysis, software tool development, test protocol creation, project management, and technical reporting. Mentor junior staff and support business development and customer interactions.
