Lead modeling, simulation, and flight-control technical efforts; serve as PI on programs; manage multiple contracts, budgets, deliverables, and junior engineers; develop test protocols, analyze data, support business development, and oversee technical projects within schedule and budget.

Lead and perform specialized R&D including modeling and simulation, controls design, data analysis, software tool development, test protocol creation, project management, and technical reporting. Mentor junior staff and support business development and customer interactions.

The Research Engineer executes technical research and development, focusing on data analysis, model development, and R&D software tools, while supporting flight test and vehicle systems design and analysis.

Designs, integrates, and tests UAS avionics and embedded/autonomy software. Develops flight-control, sensor-fusion, GNC, and companion-computer code; supports HIL/SIL, MATLAB/Simulink tools, MAVLink GCS integration, flight test, component selection, and project documentation under supervision.
