Monitor satisfaction metrics, implement action plans, and provide direct patient care within RN scope. Complete required orientations and maintain EMR competence (Epic, IDX, Intelliden).

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions. Maintain and reconcile financial systems and large datasets, develop tools, and produce reports and presentations. Support capital and operating budget processes, benchmarking, feasibility studies, and improve workflows while ensuring GAAP compliance and data confidentiality.

Implement and develop imaging projects and applications (PACS, viewers, cloud image sharing). Serve as primary development contact, provide technical support, develop/optimize assigned applications, collaborate across teams, and use SQL scripting as needed. CIIP certification preferred.
