Sunstone's unique career training program has a carefully designed escalating structure for career training allowances based on the employee tenure to pay for tuitions, testing fees, license fees, and other education related costs. As far as retirement contributions, Sunstone not only matches 3% of the employee contributions in its regular 401K program, but also created a separate “profit sharing 401K account” to share the company profit among its employees.
