Lead hardware product lifecycle for LED lighting: gather requirements, coordinate releases, liaise with engineering and suppliers, ensure quality and compliance (UL/CE, RoHS, ENERGY STAR, DLC), track KPIs, drive post-launch improvements, and communicate roadmap to sales and marketing.

Lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap for lighting hardware; define requirements, build business cases, manage agile development with R&D/engineering, ensure regulatory compliance and certifications, drive go-to-market pricing and adoption, monitor post-launch quality/warranty, and mentor product team members.
