Requires 10+ years of design experience, strong art direction, regulated-industry experience, and mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Drive strategic and operational initiatives across product, account management, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include strategic planning, KAM territory and account assignment planning, performance reporting, financial modeling, data analysis, process improvement, and project implementation. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to improve growth, revenue, customer experience, and operational scalability.

Outbound Sales Development Representative focused on the dental vertical. Prospect and cold-call/email SMB dental practices to qualify leads, book demos, hit daily KPIs (calls, dial time, connections), and use sales tools to drive meetings for Sales Executives. Onsite role with path to full-cycle sales and uncapped commission.

Lead and architect Sunbit's Quality Control monitoring function for lending operations. Build automated, near-real-time monitoring across underwriting, merchant compliance, and loan lifecycle; own the monitoring platform and analytics; detect and classify defects, drive remediation, maintain exam-ready documentation, support regulatory exams and audits, and report KPIs to senior leadership while managing a QC team.

Own portfolio monitoring and forecasting across card and loan products. Build executive dashboards and forecasting frameworks, perform RCA and remediation, support loss forecasting and provisioning, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, Capital Management, Engineering, and Accounting to inform strategy and lender negotiations.
