Leads Sunbit’s editorial function and written brand voice across consumer, merchant, executive, investor, and internal communications. Develops messaging frameworks, campaign copy, digital content, scripts, thought leadership, and PR materials while ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Partners with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams; establishes editorial workflows and content infrastructure; and hires and mentors writing talent.

Leads Sunbit’s brand design function, evolving visual identity systems, brand guidelines, campaigns, digital and product marketing, motion, video, presentations, and communications. Partners with marketing, copy, product, and executive teams to deliver consistent, compliant creative. Establishes design processes, asset management, and review workflows while hiring and mentoring internal and freelance designers. Requires 10+ years of design experience, strong art direction, regulated-industry experience, and mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Drive strategic and operational initiatives across product, account management, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include strategic planning, KAM territory and account assignment planning, performance reporting, financial modeling, data analysis, process improvement, and project implementation. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to improve growth, revenue, customer experience, and operational scalability.
