Monitor live CCTV feeds across retail, cultivation, distribution, and other locations during overnight shifts. Audit closing procedures, security guard reports, QR scans, entry points, and guard positioning. Respond to alarms, communicate with management and security personnel, review footage, investigate false alarms, document incidents, and maintain surveillance records. The role requires quick decision-making, strong observation and communication skills, CCTV experience, and the ability to work independently under supervision.

Greet customers and visitors, manage patient/customer check-in and identification, provide basic product and service information, ensure compliance with dispensary laws and company procedures, deliver exceptional customer service, support team operations, and perform point-of-sale and cash-handling tasks. Maintain physical stamina for standing shifts and follow company policies.

Creates and executes print, digital, apparel, social media, packaging, signage, and in-store display designs. Coordinates with creative, marketing, photography, artwork, and printing teams; manages print production and project priorities; ensures cannabis packaging compliance; and works independently while providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring. The role requires onsite availability, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and cross-training within the department.

Implements and enforces compliance policies and procedures, conducts audits and investigations, verifies labeling/manifest and inventory records, assists with security and facility audits, escalates violations, provides staff guidance and training, and supports cross-trained departmental duties to ensure regulatory adherence.
