SteelHouse Benefits Overview
At SteelHouse, our vacation policy can be summed up in one word – unlimited! Not only do we give you unlimited vacation, we also help pay for it with an annual vacation stipend! In addition, we have three day weekends every month.
Everyone is given a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical and dental care. Our insurance is inclusive of transgender individuals and gives access to Employee Assistance Programs. We also partner with Carrot to provide our team members with fertility health benefits.
Team members are given a laptop on their first day and once you’re here 6 months as a full time team member - it’s yours. SteelHouse also invests in our team members with a contribution to their Acorns accounts.
We have weekly food deliveries and food trucks, a BBQ on the patio outside, a dog run so team members can bring their dogs to work, and a variety of game tables.
