Monitors student progression, retention, completion, and licensure outcomes while partnering with the Director of Nursing and centralized administration. Requires an active California RN license, nursing education leadership and faculty experience, direct patient-care experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads daily operations of the Los Angeles MSOT program, ensuring consistent curriculum delivery, accreditation compliance, faculty development, student advising, and continuous improvement. Provides classroom or laboratory instruction, supports recruitment and retention, maintains academic records, collaborates with clinical affiliates, and represents the university professionally. The role also assists with faculty evaluation, curriculum development, regulatory reporting, and program assessment.

Provides career coaching, resume and interview preparation, job search guidance, and career readiness workshops for students and alumni. Builds partnerships with healthcare employers, supports career fairs and recruitment events, develops employment resources, and tracks placement and engagement metrics. Advises on healthcare hiring trends, licensure pathways, and credentialing requirements while using data to improve career services.
