Processes and reconciles contribution and tuition transactions, maintains donor and financial records, prepares reports and statements, supports billing and collections, coordinates deposits, and provides general administrative assistance to the Finance Department. The role serves donors, families, staff, and ministry partners while maintaining confidentiality, accurate procedures, and organized records.

Leads the church’s human resources strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, reporting, and organizational development. Partners with senior leadership and external HR providers to support culture, workforce effectiveness, and legal compliance. Oversees HR technology implementations, volunteer eligibility tracking, employee investigations, policy development, and strategic HR metrics.
