On-call role providing on-site office services across client locations: manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipping, log deliveries, support supply ordering, light facilities tasks, set up conference rooms, assist with office moves, and provide front-desk/reception coverage. Deliver high-level customer service, operate office technology, and deploy on short notice to nearby sites.

Greet visitors, manage the front desk and digital guest log, route global calls, control access/badges, support meetings and events, maintain reception and pantry areas, and cross-train in mail, hospitality, and facilities to ensure smooth office operations.

Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages; operate MFDs and provide basic scanning/printing services; support meeting setups, light facility tasks, and customer service while maintaining shipment records and chain-of-custody.
