Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, architecture design, RFP responses, and solution proposals for enterprise prospects and customers. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to validate solutions, support implementation handoffs, and accelerate revenue growth. Create reusable demo environments, technical documentation, solution artifacts, and sales enablement materials while explaining APIs, integrations, payments, fraud, and platform capabilities to customer stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, owning retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and customer relationships. Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities through product and customer data, and execute upsell and contract strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, influence roadmap decisions, and provide market insights. The role requires experience with B2B SaaS, payments or fintech, Salesforce, Clari, API-first models, and regular U.S. travel.

Lead Spreedly’s accounting function, overseeing close, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, revenue recognition, treasury, tax, audit, and controls. Own and modernize the NetSuite, Orb, and Ramp systems through automation and AI-enabled workflows. Manage usage-based SaaS accounting under ASC 606, lead the accounting team, coordinate audits and tax advisors, and partner with FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Operations on financial decisions.

Lead discovery and build AI-enabled operational workflows across R&D and business functions. Translate requirements into practical solutions, own design-to-launch, optimize adoption, and manage Marketing Operations (campaigns, automation, tech stack). Measure outcomes, document solutions, and ensure alignment with shared AI standards.
