Build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor identity-resolution and record-matching models using large, noisy datasets. Design labeling and measurement strategies where no definitive answer key exists, use AI-assisted labeling, manage model retraining and lineage, review data quality, and communicate results and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and sales stakeholders. Mentor teammates and ensure responsible handling of personal data, opt-outs, retention, and lineage requirements.

Develop and optimize large-scale data systems, ETL pipelines, storage, entity-resolution products, and data automation infrastructure. Build and integrate ingestion and processing pipelines using AWS, Airflow, Spark, PySpark, and EMR. Create testing and monitoring components, develop analytical tools, support data governance and quality, collaborate with data science teams, and document technical solutions.

Generate and close new B2B business for Spokeo’s technical data solutions. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline and forecast management, product demonstrations, opportunity qualification, relationship building, negotiation, and closing. The role targets Recruiting and Fraud use cases, partners with Marketing and Product, and requires experience selling APIs or data products. It is remote with less than 20% domestic travel to client locations and industry events.

Lead and manage a data engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines, ETL, data warehouses/lakes, and reporting on AWS/Azure. Drive data governance, quality, SLA definitions, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and product owners to deliver analytics solutions.

Own product roadmap and lead a cross-functional Scrum team to build B2C and B2B data-powered products. Discover opportunities, create PRDs and user stories, prioritize features, drive launches, measure impact, and iterate using data, user research, and stakeholder alignment.
