The Academic Governance Manager coordinates university academic governance processes, including curriculum and policy proposal approvals. Responsibilities include managing Kuali workflows, reviewing documentation and compliance, tracking timelines, coordinating governance council meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, resolving process issues, maintaining governance systems, and supporting stakeholders across academic and operational teams.

Provides enterprise and strategic leadership for multiple online academic program portfolios. The role oversees academic quality, learner outcomes, operational efficiency, fiscal performance, governance, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement. It manages Academic Deans and Executive Directors, develops leadership capability, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, applies data-informed decision-making, supports responsible AI adoption, and translates institutional priorities into measurable action across academic programs.

Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Provides hands-on technical leadership across endpoint management, identity, collaboration, automation, security, and device management. Oversees technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, escalations, service operations, roadmaps, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with other IT teams and organizational leadership.
