Support institution-wide training, adoption, and optimization of AI tools. Deliver hands-on guidance, develop training materials, collaborate on AI proofs-of-concept, and assist faculty and staff in integrating AI into workflows and learning environments.

Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to generate insights that inform product and design decisions. Create personas, journey maps, prototypes (Figma), surveys, and presentations; collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to prioritize and implement research-driven recommendations.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture, design scalable AI/ML and LLM solutions integrated with core platforms, establish governance and MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle, guide vendors and teams, run POCs, and mentor architects to drive responsible, secure AI adoption across the university.
