Define software architecture, design standards, and technical direction for healthcare solutions. Lead complex system designs, technology selection, cloud and integration architecture, performance, security, compliance, and governance. Partner with Product, Program Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to guide implementation. Establish architectural best practices, document technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support scalable microservices, event-driven, and cloud-based systems.

Leads discovery, strategy, validation, development, launch, and commercialization of new patient-facing healthcare technology products. Conducts market research, customer discovery, segmentation, competitive analysis, and business-case development to identify growth opportunities. Partners with Engineering, Product, executives, customers, and commercial teams to shape roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and strengthen product-management practices.

Generates and qualifies new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, market research, and relationship building. Researches prospects and decision-makers, supports targeted sales campaigns, maintains sales activity records in Salesforce, monitors market trends, and improves lead-generation processes. Collaborates with Sales Managers to help achieve revenue goals and sales quotas.

Leads software engineering teams and initiatives, overseeing resource planning, development processes, software quality, delivery accountability, hiring, performance management, and talent development. Establishes engineering standards, monitors KPIs, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures predictable delivery across Agile software programs. The role requires full-stack web development leadership, AWS and modern application technology expertise, healthcare workflow and HL7 experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
