Configure IIS hosting environments and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including build, release, and deployment automation. The role requires strong server-side development, analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. This is an onsite position with a mandatory in-person interview.

Lead paid media strategy and growth for B2B clients across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Own forecasting, budget planning, campaign oversight, CRO, attribution, and analytics (GA4, CRM/HubSpot). Diagnose performance, recommend strategic actions, manage KPIs (pipeline, MQLs/SQLs, CAC, ROAS), and lead client relationships and teams, including offshore resources. Travel within the U.S. as needed.
