The Sales Development Representative collaborates with Account Executives and Marketing to develop territories, prospect key accounts, conduct discovery calls, generate and qualify opportunities, support deal progression, identify expansion opportunities, and close transactional business. The role also supports events, gifting programs, conference outreach, and sales enablement. This is a fully remote position focused on SaaS sales growth and pipeline generation.

Manage and grow SOCi’s existing B2B customer accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, contract negotiations, and executive relationship management. Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, present ROI-driven business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. Represent SOCi at customer events and serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing solutions.

The Account Executive at SOCi is responsible for driving new business through sales efforts with multi-location brands, leveraging industry expertise and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve goals.
