Drive territory sales by executing strategic plans, prospecting and closing new business with schools and organizations. Build relationships with athletic directors, coaches, and administrators, represent the company at events, manage pipeline and forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot). Meet quarterly and annual targets and increase customer retention and revenue.

Lead accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, controls, audits, and tax filings. Develop policies, streamline month-end close and automation, manage cash flow, provide financial analysis for forecasting and strategic planning, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
