Support DoD contingency and international program budgeting and PPBE reform implementation by collecting, reconciling, and integrating financial data; producing reports, briefings, SOPs, and congressional/audit submissions; coordinate across organizations and ensure data quality and Advana integration.

Lead deployed aviation operations on an AFRICOM contract, coordinate personnel and subcontractors, ensure aircraft availability and logistics, liaise with government POCs, enforce safety and host-nation standards, report metrics, and manage on-site mission execution during rotational OCONUS deployments.
