The Customer Support Analyst provides user support for a DoD financial management application, managing inquiries and service desk tickets, ensuring effective access and operational coordination for users, while also evaluating issues and improving processes.

Serve as the primary data authority for TMN operations: validate data sources, oversee subcontractor DVR deliverables, develop TMN data strategy and governance, optimize data workflows and provider evaluations, and align data usage with mission priorities.

The Senior Financial Analyst manages complex contract financials, develops budgets, analyzes financial trends, and advises on contract modifications and compliance with regulations.

Serve as the senior on-site contractor lead for USASOC TMN operations in Eastern Europe, providing technical oversight, site management, operational support, security compliance, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and personnel leadership to ensure tactical networks and C2 capabilities are deployed and sustained to meet mission requirements.

Manage DoD-focused logistics and supply chain activities: procurement, vendor coordination, phased shipments, local sourcing, and regulatory compliance. Serve as liaison with Taiwanese stakeholders, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to DFARs/FARs and ITAR. Requires active DoD Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility, five-plus years DoD experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
