Own the technical product backlog and Agile delivery for healthcare data platform products. Translate market strategies into development plans, write user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove engineering blockers, track Agile metrics, and align cross-functional teams. Serve as the product and technical subject matter expert while guiding user testing, prioritization, product decisions, and continuous process improvement.

The Account Executive owns the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through proposals, negotiations, closing, and account growth. Responsibilities include managing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, presenting business reviews, maintaining Salesforce pipeline records, collaborating cross-functionally and with partners, resolving customer challenges, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The role focuses on complex healthcare technology sales with long deal cycles and significant contract values.

Own post-sales customer relationships from contract signing through implementation, renewals, and expansion. Manage onboarding, resource allocation, project finances, SOWs, delivery coordination, escalations, customer reviews, and satisfaction. Partner with sales, Agile Leads, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations, identify upsell opportunities, and align deployments with customer objectives. Healthcare technology, interoperability, FHIR, and HL7 experience are preferred.

Lead customer implementations of healthcare data platform solutions by configuring the Smile platform, scripting, troubleshooting, designing technical solutions, and providing architectural guidance. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions, support technical analysts, contribute to RFPs, manage concurrent projects, and participate in on-call support.

Design, develop and execute performance, load, stress and regression tests for API and web applications. Model scenarios, analyze NFRs and bottlenecks, maintain test frameworks, report metrics, and collaborate with development and infra teams to improve scalability and reliability.
