Supports cloud infrastructure, VDI environments, networks, security tools, and Microsoft Office 365. Provides hardware, software, connectivity, and remote employee support; manages onboarding and offboarding, equipment provisioning, account access, and IT documentation. The role is initially a six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.

Serves as a strategic finance partner to executive and sales leadership, using financial models, pro forma P&Ls, forecasting, compensation analysis, KPI dashboards, and scenario planning to guide profitability and resource-allocation decisions. The role challenges assumptions, identifies performance gaps, and makes data-driven recommendations in real time. It requires strong Excel skills, analytical judgment, independent thinking, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Supports home services campaign execution by coordinating client communications, onboarding, asset management, leads, permits, incentives, compliance, troubleshooting, and escalations. Collaborates with analytics, finance, legal, compliance, sales offices, and other partners to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. Tracks KPIs, expansion opportunities, offers, and product updates while maintaining SOPs, action logs, and program documentation. Uses CRM, reporting, project management, and AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
