The role manages transactions across NetSuite, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central, investigates discrepancies, improves accounting processes, supports audits, and strengthens internal controls. It also supervises offshore accounting staff and collaborates with FP&A, Treasury, Operations, Sales, and Systems teams.

Own and improve global ecommerce demand forecasts for Amazon and DTC across the US and international markets. Develop SKU- and channel-level plans, quantify promotional and pricing impacts, forecast product launches, align with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Retail, and Supply Planning, and support monthly S&OP. Maintain forecast assumptions, analyze accuracy and risks, build scenarios, and help implement Pigment and improved planning processes.

Own day-to-day logistics execution across freight forwarders, drayage providers, 3PLs, and fulfillment centers. Manage bookings, shipment tracking, handoffs, transfers, rate and SLA audits, documentation, exceptions, incidents, and customs-support workflows. Build scalable processes, trackers, and operational tools while coordinating with internal teams and technology partners. The role requires strong international freight knowledge, hands-on carrier management, data skills, clear communication, and experience improving logistics operations in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
