Provide accurate legal software and document support: create, format, revise, and transcribe legal documents; assist with filing, special projects, training, quality assurance, and occasional weekend or backup coverage. Support internal customers and mentor or train staff as needed.

Lead paralegal/analyst supporting litigation and discovery: research, document review and coding, trial preparation, case management, supervising reviewers, developing processes, client communication, and onsite trial support.

Provide administrative and technical support to attorneys and staff: timekeeping, phone reception, scheduling, travel/catering arrangements, e-filing (ECF), transcription, proofreading, document preparation (patent, trademark, court filings, correspondence), calendar management, basic tech support, mentoring trainees, and maintaining records and office procedures.
