Partners with architecture, platform engineering, security, and business leaders on technical tradeoffs, data quality, lineage, reliability, and investment priorities. Also owns hiring, coaching, performance development, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement of the data operating model.

Performs quality inspections and documentation for XBAT prototype hardware during ground and flight testing. Verifies configuration, workmanship, dimensions, torque, installation, traceability, and test readiness. Investigates defects and nonconformances, supports MRB, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and engineering investigations, and maintains serialized hardware records. Lead product definition, roadmap, and adoption for the CTOs agentic AI portfolio. Translate strategy into requirements, KPIs, and milestones; run discovery, prioritize backlogs, instrument usage, and shepherd incubation-to-handoff for AI/dev platforms and foundation-model tooling.

Design, develop, and field high-performance Ground Control Station and C2 software using C++/Qt/QML and QGroundControl.
