Start part-time (per-video) with potential transition to a full-time retainer.

Design, build, and optimize Klaviyo email, landing page, and SMS flows. Write and refine high-converting email and SMS copy (using AI tools for drafts). Set up and improve automated flows, own segmentation and backend logic, and drive performance against sales conversion KPIs.

Manage content calendars and daily posting across multiple creator and brand accounts, write captions and short-form copy, support campaigns and collaborations, join client calls, translate feedback into deliverables, track work in ClickUp, and improve posting consistency and content performance.

The Social Media & Project Manager will oversee content management and communication across multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration between clients and creative teams.
