Supports the Senior Executive Assistant and executive office through event execution, routine communications, scheduling logistics, administrative operations, documentation, expense processing, vendor coordination, and after-hours urgent support. Maintains calendars, files, databases, meeting materials, team resources, and operational playbooks while escalating strategic or executive-facing decisions. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Supports the Senior Executive Assistant and CFO through event execution, routine communications, scheduling logistics, administrative operations, documentation, office and residential organization, expense processing, and urgent after-hours support. Coordinates vendors, meetings, materials, attendees, and cross-functional operational details while maintaining confidentiality and escalating executive-facing decisions appropriately.

Partners with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and customer validations for cybersecurity, identity, exposure management, and risk solutions. Advises enterprise security, identity, infrastructure, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders; explains network integrations and business outcomes; develops technical content and training; and supports sales pursuits, events, and competitive evaluations. Travel is typically 25–50%.
