Lead bargaining, contract campaigns, and industry strategy across multiple bargaining units. Serve as lead negotiator, develop bargaining strategies, coach and supervise staff, coordinate cross-department campaigns, advise on grievances/arbitrations, and manage stakeholder relationships to strengthen member power and enforce contracts.

The Organizer assists in union operations by answering calls, supporting members, providing resources, and engaging in civic activities.
