Leads the InCommand Operations team supporting data center customers and sites. Responsibilities include managing and developing engineers, maintaining operating standards, leading customer and site implementations, building and validating facility data, using AI and automation for data workflows, supporting platform users, producing reports, coordinating with development teams, documenting defects, and testing releases. Requires data center experience, people management, project leadership, SCADA and construction-document knowledge, strong data skills, and customer communication abilities.

Own the design and evolution of edge data collection and integration for data centers. Lead protocol adapters, secure connectivity, point mapping, normalization, telemetry health monitoring, and automated site onboarding. Partner with architecture, product, and platform teams while managing a growing integrations team. The role requires extensive industrial IoT or operational technology experience, fleet-scale collector software, Python automation, streaming pipelines, containerized edge deployments, and data-center systems knowledge.

Design and build the foundational architecture for a multi-tenant data center operations platform. Responsibilities include developing the control plane, unified data model, public APIs, data storage and query architecture, identity and tenancy systems, cloud and Kubernetes standards, AI integrations, telemetry ingestion, and platform security. The architect will write foundational production code, establish engineering patterns, guide early platform engineers, and optimize the platform for live operations, analytics, and AI workloads.
