The Territory Manager drives sales growth across Northern California by developing customer relationships, managing regional revenue, increasing product adoption, and expanding the company’s grower and agronomy markets. Responsibilities include territory planning, account development, customer visits, contract negotiations, product training, competitive analysis, event representation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires agricultural knowledge, structured pipeline management, CRM proficiency, and regular travel throughout the assigned territory.

Provide onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals for assigned growers and territories. Maintain CRM, coordinate with Territory Managers and internal teams, run pre- and post-sales tasks, document feedback, attend events, and drive customer adoption of Semios tools both virtually and in person.
