Lead Seen Health's finance function as the first in-house finance hire: build financial infrastructure, own FP&A, cash and risk management, unit economics, forecasting, KPIs, revenue cycle and accounting oversight. Manage external resources and grow a finance team, partner with leadership and capital partners on fundraising, transactions, contracts, compliance, and strategic planning to support expansion and operations across real estate, PACE, technology, and G&A.
