Lead the technical critical path for new LWIR imaging products across electrical, mechanical, software/firmware, optics, and systems. Ensure design outputs, reviews, risk mitigation, verification (DV/PV), and supplier technical deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and driving corrective actions to meet phase-gate milestones.

Lead integration, verification, and test of thermal imaging systems across hardware, firmware, software, optics, and manufacturing. Develop/execute test plans, drive root-cause analysis, design automated and HIL test frameworks, own test coverage and production transition criteria, coordinate environmental qualification, maintain calibration program, and mentor junior engineers.
